Trekking through the muddy Thai jungle, the leeches attacked. Leeches dropping from the heavens and landing all over us. Madness! (Luckily we were wearing thigh-high protective leech socks.) Although leeches are harmless, they make you bleed like crazy and are gross so we were all screaming and pulling leeches off each other in holy terror. But when we came upon this deadly poisonous snake, we were all pushing each other out of the way to get close enough to photograph it. That makes sense!
